The 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in India at Vyaanahat Yoga Retreat is for participants who aim to intensify their practice and develop a unique teaching style. Yoga practitioners who want to begin their career as international yoga teachers and gain a complex and comprehensive understanding of yoga, yogic philosophy, and its integration into Western societies are welcome to take part in this Yoga Alliance registered 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in India.

Our 200 Hour Yoga Yoga Teacher Training in India covers all major topics such as Hatha asana, ashtanga yoga, shatkarma, pranayama, meditation, anatomy, adjustment, teaching methodology, and yoga philosophy. Additionally, you will also learn about Yoga Therapy, Acupressure, Ayurveda, mantras, mudras, bandhas, and extended philosophy.

Our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is for beginners to intermediates who practice yoga for at least 6 months prior course start.

Classes are held Mondays to Saturdays from 6 AM to 7 PM. On Sundays, you can use your free day to relax and rejuvenate.

After many years of teaching international students in co-operation with Yoga Alliance, we have established an excellent 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program that fulfills the highest standards for you.

After course completion, you will receive your 200 Hour Yoga Alliance certification. With this certification, you can register as RYT 200 and obtain work. After two years of teaching yoga, you will be an ERYT 200 (Experienced Registered Yoga Alliance Trainer).

Compared to most other yoga schools in India, where 50 to 60 students have to fit in one class, we keep a smaller group during the yoga teacher training. We believe that one can only learn much better with personal space and individual guidance.

During your 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, you will:
